We want you to love your Skida gear, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging if possible and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
